Bitter Constants

Bitter Constants is an upcoming fiction book that I will be releasing likely some time around 2025. I keep encountering blocks for this story since it started out as a genre I am terrible in writing in, so it's gradually shifting to something I can actually write.

It features a story of a lady who has a strange barrier that can destroy things and kill people and she has no control over it. She meets a young man who has no barrier at all, and he fades in and out of different realities. In those realities, he's always seeing what could have been and whay may be. The story sounds whack, but it focuses on their troubles and belonging in this world.

I have dolls of these characters, and these two characters have many different versions of themselves, so these two are based more on them as a whole rather than the Bitter Constants book version. First picture is the young man, Konstantine. He's quite the pretty boy and gets confused for a woman a lot. He's one of my favorite dolls even if the head doesn't match the body. I'm thinking of making more book accurate clothes for him since I doubt he would wear anything like this in the actual book.

To the right is Miriam, our female lead. She's kind of scrunkly and unkempt. My sister commented how her name makes her seem so dignified and elegant while she is....not that. Despite having a power that can uncontrollablly kill people, she's honestly a complete loser and is probably high on something to cope despite her finding drugs to be very unappealing. She also can't hold a job, but neither can Konstantine so they are MFEO.
